By accessing or using Prismatic - Microtools ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Prismatic - Microtools reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.

Description of Service

Prismatic - Microtools provides AI-powered micro-tools designed to help professionals with specific tasks including:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Eligibility

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions provide:

  • Unlimited uses per subscribed tool
  • Access to all preset options
  • Custom parameter adjustment
  • Priority support

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Circumvent usage limits or payment systems
  • Resell or redistribute Service outputs without permission
  • Use the Service to generate spam or malware
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you input into our tools ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us:

  • A license to process Your Content to provide the Service
  • The right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement

We do not claim ownership of Your Content or generated outputs.

Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools ("Generated Content") is provided to you. However:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all Generated Content
  • We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or quality
  • You are responsible for ensuring Generated Content complies with applicable laws
  • Similar or identical content may be generated for other users

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Prismatic - Microtools and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

AI and Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses AI technology. Important disclaimers:

  • Not Professional Advice: Generated content should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prismatic - Microtools, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your Content or Generated Content

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the Service
  • Non-payment

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Prismatic - Microtools
  • Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent
